"This waterfall is located in a great area the pathway is easy and kids can also enjoy the walking and view. Still lots of burned trees around but seems like nature can recover very quickly."

Таня Чмиль

"Walked the 2.3 km Blakiston Falls Trail from the parking lot of Red Rock Canyon on August 26, 2025. The trail leads through the burned forest from the 2017 fire and it was beautiful to see all the new growth, especially the small lodgepole pines! There is a bit of gradual incline in one section but most of the gravel trail is flat. It leads to a few viewing platforms overlooking the falls and valley. The metal viewing areas were futuristic looking and very nice, with benches for seating as well. The falls and valley views were beautiful. This is an easy trail to do if you’re at Red Rock Canyon."

Brittany Thiessen

"Small easy hike to a beautiful waterfall.
1 km there and 1 km back.

It took us under an hour with stopping at the falls for pictures, a snack and drink.
Path was mostly flat and not much elevation gain.
The forest burnt in a 2017 forest fire so it was a cool experience walking through the burnt trees and witnessing the regrowth that’s happening
There are benches at the waterfall look out, I cooled off in the river when we got back!"
