I believe few of mine would be talking from themselves as around 3pm, the weather was partially clear with some little cute clouds around. It didn't seem busy at that time, I don't even think there were 10 people on that terrace. Windy will whisper at your ear if you listen carefully and close your eyes for a bit of time.
