I recently went to the Cathedral of St Helena in Helena, Montana. It had beautiful architecture and statues and stained glass windows. However, I am not Catholic and would like someone to identify these objects and what their purpose is. Thank you.

"Introduced to this via the walking tour and loved it so much at first sight that I decided to come back after the tour.
A brief history of the church. It is the active oldest churches in Plovdiv, this church is named after Emperor Constantine and his mother Elena. The current version was built in 1832.
Laying behind the old walls is a wonderful cozy church. The small scale is partly to the influence of the Ottoman Empire, which prioritized Islam as the main religion. Despite its small size, I felt really peaceful and happy while sitting outside the church on the benches provided. The background conversations, birds chirping and the wind blowing made the whole sitting an enjoyable one.
The wall fresco paintings was simple and delightfully soothing. The interior was beautifully decorated and there is apparently regular maintenance as I saw someone doing some sort of repair works on the interior.
This place is worth a visit to just sit and enjoy the peace. Also, take note that the interior does not allow taking pictures."
