Ao chegar, três atendentes estavam no balcão, todas focadas nos celulares, sem sequer olhar para nosso rosto ao darmos ‘bom dia’. Caminhamos sozinhos até as prateleiras de vinhos, sem graça, olhando preços sem nenhuma orientação. Como não conhecíamos os produtos, esperávamos uma degustação ou ao menos uma explicação, mas ninguém nos atendeu por vários minutos. Quando finalmente perguntei se havia alguém para ajudar, duas atendentes nos olharam com má vontade, e uma terceira veio nos atender de forma ríspida e desinteressada. No balcão, a mesma frieza: apenas somaram os valores, sem nenhuma interação. Perguntei sobre taças à venda, e a atendente disse rispidamente que não tinha, mas depois mencionou que havia de acrílico – quando esclarecemos que não especificamos o material, ela não se desculpou. Achei as atendentes despreparadas e pouco acolhedoras. Comprei alguns produtos, mas levo para o Tocantins uma péssima impressão de um lugar tão grandioso. "Certamente um passeio único no sertão nordestino.
A entrada da fazenda é muito bonita, também a loja. A produção em si tem suas unicidades, a parte de destilação possui máquinas mais “antigas” que são bem interessantes.
Senti apenas que o passeio foi muito curto, comparado a outras vinícolas que já fui. A degustação também foi bem rápida, esperava provar outros espumantes da vinícola, dado ser seu carro chefe.
Apesar disso, não deixa de ser imperdível."
