"Hoje presenciei em um velorio no local uma das coisas mais absurdas que já vi, um padre completamente sem noção, sem acolhimento, sem amor, sem humildade, sem Deus no coração. Que foi até uma capela rezar a oração final, totalmente sem carinho e amor, falando frases sem sentidos, fazendo um questionário no meio da oração para amigos e familiares como se todos devessem ser obrigados a decorar a Bíblia para se despedirem de uma pessoa amada. Ainda tratou tudo como uma brincadeira, sem qualquer compaixão. Não acolheu, errou o nome da sepultada 5x, foi muito triste esse momento. Jamais recomendarei esse cemitério. Muito triste."

"No dia 29/07/2025 estava acompanhando minha vó num enterro, por volta das 14h00 ela passou mau, teve um DESMAIO e FALTA DE AR, então fui na administração e pedi para as funcionárias chamarem o serviço de atendimento da transul, elas se recusaram, pois queriam que eu trouxesse minha avó até a administração, porém ela estava com FALTA DE AR, como iria se deslocar, eu disse que não havia está possibilidade, então elas permaneceram com a recusa, eu informei que estava gravando a conversa e que se acontecesse algo, elas seriam RESPONSABILIZADAS, so assim que fizeram o pedido de socorro, na base da AMEAÇA e por medo de exposição.
Quando a equipe chegou, a ambulância não passou pela catraca do estacionamento e deixou o carro em uma rampa, e tão pedi para um funcionário liberar a catraca pra eu passar com o carro e levar minha avó de 73 anos até a ambulância para receber atendimento, a resposta do funcionário DANILO DENINE, foi:
"Paga o estacionamento e deixa tua vó na administração e diz pra ela SUBIR ATE A AMBULÂNCIA".
Sim, foi isso que ele disse, para uma senhora de 73 anos, que há pouco havia DESMAIADO E ESTAVA COM FALTA DE AR, ele queria que ela SUBISSE UMA RAMPA COM FALTA DE AR.
Olha, o enterro e velório já são um momento difícil, e a empresa contrata uma pessoa arrogante, grosseira e com ZERO HUMANIDADE para trabalhar com pessoas enlutadas, o serviço do cemitério foi nota zero, com exceção de um funcionário muito querido que veio de DESCULPAR pela atitude horrenda de seu colega, um funcionário que só ajudou e prestou apoio à família em um momento difícil, até ele reconheceu que seu colega foi DESUMANO E CRUEL."
