"Em outubro de 2021, iniciei o Curso Técnico em Guia de Turismo Nacional e América do Sul, a distância, pelo Senac Polo Caldas Novas, por ser o mais próximo de onde moro (Brasília) e a possibilidade de atuar em Goiás e região. Comecei o curso com grande expectativa e escolhi a instituição - SENAC - por ser renomada, mas hoje só sinto frustração e decepção!
O curso tem duração de 1 ano, com data para início e término (no contrato), exceto, claro, em caso de reprovação de matéria.
No decorrer do curso são feitas duas "viagens técnicas" (viagens para a parte prática do curso), que especificamente no Polo Caldas Novas, não poderiam acontecer no cronograma normal devido a pandemia de 2020, que fez outras turmas terem suas viagens adiadas. Elas ocorreriam então ao final do curso, que seria em Novembro de 2022. Acontece que teve que ser adiada (não especificaram exatamente o motivo), para fevereiro de 2023, então mais uma vez, para março. A turma aguardou todo esse período, eis que na última sexta feira, 10/3, a responsável pela viagem avisa que " a regional entrou em contato, pedindo que adiássemos a viagem para início de MAIO, pois ouve uma dificuldade na licitação do ônibus".
Cara, faltando apenas 13 dias para a data marcada, que seria 23 agora, eles querem mudar tudo novamente!!
Detalhe que boa parte da turma mora longe do Polo. Gente que precisa percorrer mais de 1000km para estar presente nesse trabalho final (ou seja, estava com hospedagem, transporte e férias marcadas, para ter que mudar tudo em tão pouco tempo!!)
Não há nenhuma explicação plausível para tudo isso, apenas desculpas sem fundamento algum (licitação???? onde está o número e ano do edital então? Pedi e não me enviaram.)
Estou frustradíssima com isso. Desde o decorrer do curso eu aguardo essas viagens, além de pagar as mensalidades com antecedência!
Não estou disposta a aceitar passar por tudo isso. Vou atrás dos meus direitos!
