On the weekends, unfortunately, there are too many people using it as a photo shoot location (very annoying as they are selfish and don't realise the park is not theirs), so I wouldn't recommend going on Saturday or Sunday if you have options. It's definitely worth visiting. You don't have to pay, but observe the opening hours as it closes at lunch time."
