Porém, de grande cansaço no começo para o meio da trilha, esse pedaço inicial é muito íngrime, um belo desafio para a resistência, no final, quase no topo, mato um pouco alto porém nada impossível, uma bela trilha, 1:30 de subida, vale a pena, muito bom, já tô doido para voltar"

"Localizada em Itaocaia Valley - Itaipuaçu, A trilha da Pedra de Itaocaia pode ser um pouco cansativa pra quem não tem muito o costume com trilhas, a extensão é de 1.210 metros e uma altitude de 390 metros, com uma visão ampla em 360°, é possível ver a pedra do elefante, a praia de Itaipuaçu e outras pedras e morros.
Aconselho ir com calçado apropriado, pois em algumas partes, principalmente se estiverem úmidas, acaba sendo escorregadias. Outra dica também é ir de calça, pois na parte final da trilha passa por uma mata um pouco fechada.
A parte de cima não tem árvores, então não tem sombras, é bom levar protetor solar e camisa térmica."
