"Experiência péssima! Na verdade a pior que ja tive na cidade de Aparecida, já frequento algum tempo a cidade. Não recomendo! Cobertas e toalhas sujas! Atendimento péssimo! Desorganização total! Vi várias pessoas desistindo da reserva, assim como eu! A pessoa na recepção se identifica como dona da espelunca, e trata as pessoas com extrema grosseria! O elevador faz um barulho absurdo nos quartos! Nao tem isolamento nas paredes. Não vá que vai se arrepender!"

Desde a chegada, a experiência foi decepcionante. Recebemos a chave de um quarto que ainda não havia sido arrumado. Como a camareira estava ocupada com outro quarto e a espera seria longa, voltamos à recepção e nos deram a chave de outro, que supostamente já estava pronto.
*Ao entrar, nos deparamos com um cenário lamentável:
-Lençóis amarrotados, manchados e com cabelos.
-Manta rasgada e suja, também com cabelos.
-Travesseiros em péssimo estado: um estava sem fronha, o outro completamente deformado.
-Cortinas muito sujas e desgastadas.
*O banheiro estava igualmente inaceitável:
-Toalhas rasgadas e chão encharcado.
-Box sujo, com acúmulo de sujeira nos rejuntes e no blindex. Com vazamento de água molhando onde fica o vaso e pia.
-Tampa do vaso suja e quebrada.
-Muitas mosquinhas no banheiro.
-Papel higiênico quase no fim e molhado.
-Pia sem sabão e espelho todo manchado, indicando falta de limpeza.
*Outros problemas no quarto:
-Frigobar desligado e sujo.
-Controle do ar-condicionado antigo e com as teclas apagadas, dificultando o uso.
-TV com poucos canais disponíveis, sem aplicativos ativados e instalada num suporte alto, desconfortável para assistir.
-Paredes sujas e presença de formigas no quarto.
-Disjuntor sem tampa e fios expostos, um risco à segurança.
*O café da manhã também deixou a desejar:
-Alimentos que deveriam estar quentes (como ovos mexidos e cachorro-quente) estavam frios, pois o suporte térmico estava desligado.
-Bolos duros, secos e pouca variedade no geral.
Para completar, no último dia quase ficamos presos no elevador, que travou e só foi aberto manualmente pelo funcionário da recepção.
Infelizmente, foi uma estadia extremamente desagradável. A estrutura do hotel está visivelmente mal cuidada e os serviços, muito abaixo do mínimo esperado.
Espero que melhore para os próximos clientes terem uma boa experiência."
