What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors find Lagoa Quente District to be a fun and less commercial water park option in Caldas Novas, with enjoyable thermal pools, slides, and an artificial beach. While some note the pools aren't always very warm, the overall experience is positive, especially for families. Be aware of strict rules regarding outside food and drinks, and potential timeshare sales pitches.
"Fun! But before I continue, be aware: time share sales people may try to scam you. They told my brazilian friend (I don't speak portuguese) they wanted to show us something that would take 5 minutes - and get free lunch and free entrance the next day in return. They take you inside and make you sign a contract for it. It says that the presentation will take at least 45 minutes which is a red flag. As soon as i realized that it was a time share sales pitch I got us out of there. Please Google the time share scam and don't fall for it.
As for the park: it's slightly smaller than other parks that I have seen, but fun, less commercial and more competitive. We had a great day on the slides and in the pools."

"This is probably one of the newest thermal water park in Caldas Novas. It’s big but not too big with fun slides and hot hot pool that you can chillax!
You’ll get a locker to put your stuff in and also a card which you can charge for buying food and drinks because you can’t and I mean it you are not allowed to take anything food or deik inside the water park.
There’s a part which you can enjoy the artificial beach 🏖"
