A limpeza do condomínio é péssima!

A significant point of discussion revolves around the infrastructure within some condominiums, with mentions of buildings lacking elevators and steep inclines leading to entrances. This can impact accessibility for individuals with mobility challenges or those with young children and strollers.

Furthermore, the management and administration of condominiums are a frequent topic.
