"This spot is as close to heaven as you can get here on earth. Be sure to stop at the Mirante on the way down for a beautiful photo. If you have the money, you can rent a gorgeous cabana, but be prepared to open up your wallet. It’s about $300R per person. $250R comes back in food and drinks. The second option is $300R total for chairs, an umbrella, pizza and a few beers. My best recommendation is solid footwear for the walk (10 mins downhill and 15 mins uphill), carry your Havianas, and bring water, snacks, and towels. You can also hike to another nearby beach on a trail should you choose. Last great perk, you can rinse off in a fresh water waterfall coming from the nearby river. Totally worth the trek."
