A cada instante são surpresas como árvores gigantescas, uma pedreira desativada e muito mais. Tem placas que indicam cada espaço e vistas maravilhosas. "Bem gostosa a trilha do parque (pela entrada oficial). Um passeio diferente, com paisagens bonitas e uma praia super gostosa e tranquila para compensar o esforço. Não considero a trilha difícil mas também não é das mais fáceis. Se choveu forte nos 2 dias anteriores não recomendo pois com certeza estará com bastante lama. Ao chegar na praia de Itaquitanduva no final, se estiver com fôlego ainda, seguindo pelas pedras a direita da praia você chegará em uma faixa de areia bem maior com um mar bem mais gostoso, vale a pena! Lembrar de levar alguns lanchinhos e água pois a praia não conta com nenhum quiosque ou vendedor."

"Entre o Litoral Shopping e a ponte pensil fica a portaria do Parque que conta com estacionamento e entrada gratuita.
A trilha é bem sinalizada e nível médio.
Pois tem bastante subida, raízes e pedras que pedem mais atenção na caminhada. Tudo é bem sinalizado com corrimões novos e placas de madeira sobre os trechos com lama.
Há muita sombra o que não demanda muito filtro solar e repelente não foi necessário.
Em 10 minutos é possível chegar num belo paredão e com mais 50 minutos na praia deserta de Itaquitanduva que é lindíssima.
Do lado direito há um caminho que leva para praia dos surfistas, um pouco maior e mais movimentada, mas igualmente linda.
Vale a pena conhecer.
