Ao solicitar avaliação antes da execução do serviço, foi fornecido orçamento com preço atraente, que nos fez optar por realizar o serviço com eles. Depois do carro aberto, a equipe técnica "LEMBROU" que precisava incluir vedadores, parafusos do cabeçote, juntas, colas e diversos outros itens que encareceram em R$ 1.000,00 o orçamento inicial. Itens básicos de qualquer serviço, que não foram adicionados no orçamento inicial por descuido ou incompetência técnica ou má fé, não há como saber. Fato é que, são ítens que qualquer mecânico capacitado sabe que são necessários para o serviço (diferente de um reparo não esperado que pudesse ter sido encontrado após abrir o motor), que deixa a sensação de que essa empresa fornece um orçamento menor para fechar o serviço propositalmente, lesando o consumidor que descobre o real valor do serviço depois de ter seu carro todo desmontado, sem muita opção de ação."
