Comprei o Tiggo 7 em julho/2024, desde então já deu problema de pane elétrica 4x. E hoje de o mesmo problema novamente! O carro simplesmente NÃO LIGA!!! Fui ate a concessionária, os funcionários te tratam com descaso, totalmente despreparados e ainda nos instigam a mexer no carro sozinhos ou acionar mecânico no particular, sabendo que posso perder a garantia de isso ocorrer! Eu moro a 100 METROS da concessionária de Ribeirão Preto. Hoje 04/09/2025 IMPLORAMOS para algum técnico/mecânico ir até nossa garagem que fica no Sub-solo do prédio para ver o carro e tentar ligar, para assim conseguirmos levar até a mecânica da concessionária, e NINGUÉM te ajuda, NINGUÉM te olha no rosto. Só sabem dizer “não temos o que fazer”
Eles insistem que eu preciso chamar um guincho e levar o carro até eles. Repito, o carro está a 100 metros da concessionária!!
