Visitors enjoy the delicious food and desserts, unique handicrafts in the shops, and the relaxing ambiance, though some note that prices can be a bit high and service can be slow. Overall, it's a highly recommended place for its historical charm and authentic experience.
"Nice place & nice coffee! I recommend going here at least once if you're in Sarajevo. There are beautiful rugs and other handicrafts sold in the vicinity. The structure of the building itself is fascinating. You realize how old it is. Even in July heat, the seating area is rather cool. The staff are prompt and friendly. Their desserts are tasty too- not sickeningly sweet, as in some other places in the city. Overall, I quite liked the place."

"This building, which was used as a passenger house centuries ago, is now a hotel and cafe. Even though it's a popular spot, it's still calm and authentic. This place, where religious and slow music is played in the background, is extremely relaxing. You should also try some of the traditional flavors."

"The food is delicious but it‘s Kinda expensive. At the Same Time we waited a lot to get our food. To be fair the coworkers are very friendly, so i would still recommend eating here - but it‘s Not the best if you are hungry and would Like to have ur food quickly."
