"We loved this really beautiful place, the Santo Domingo Church which is part of Sucre’s UNESCO World Heritage Site designation and reflects the city’s rich colonial history. It is rightly described as a historic and architectural gem built by the Dominican Order in the 16th century. It is located just a block from Plaza 25 de Mayo and features a striking whitewashed facade and two distinct portals. The older portal is in the Early Renaissance style, while the main entrance showcases a triple baroque design with Mudejar influences. The interior is so beautiful and lots of colours.
