"Such a hidden gem in Belgium! Highly recommended! There was easy parking close by, and basically no wait to get tickets and get in. We enjoyed exploring, spent around 2 hours but could’ve spent even more time looking around and hiking all the trails. The architecture was stunning, very well preserved. It wasn’t crowded at all going on a weekday, it was peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the visit if you are in Belgium!"

"Visiting here is one of my favorite travel experiences to date! It was stunning! I have to admit though I really hate the art installations. They are such an eyesore compared to the stunning architecture. Still highly suggest visiting here though."
Denycia Haley
"I recommend it! It took about 90 minutes from Brussels to get there. With one train change. From the Villers la Ville train station, I walked to the abbey for about 45 minutes. Bring a bottle of water with you. At the abbey you will find a coffee shop and toilets. I enjoyed walking around the site for about 3 hours or more."
