"What is the most common first name in Brussels? What do you doodle while talking on the phone, and what might that reveal about your identity? Can you picture what the Brussels canal looked like a century ago? And how do we even determine whether someone living in Brussels is considered Belgian or non-Belgian for the purpose of demographic statistics? How do Brussels’ migration stories intertwine with personal lived experiences in the city?
