"This museum is a gem. Smiling staff first : it is important. Then, the whole museum is super clear, well organized, not crowded, very warm. You feel very comfortable, there are sofas in almost each room if you want to take your time. There is also audio guide combined with the text on the walls. I did a lot of museums all around the world, and this is one of the best in term of combination between modern technology and classic stuff. Also free if you have the belgium museum pass. Go for it !!"
