"I was surprised to discover this place only now! They have very nice brunch and food options. The chai was a bit too sweet for my taste but the food was super nice and I was able to swap the normal pancake for a vegan one. The sweet potato fries were delicious! Slightly expensive but I feel like it’s the case everywhere in Brussels now so nothing crazy.
The vibe of the place is super cool with very particular deco. You can book downstairs and have access to some small board games or upstairs which is where the games actually happen. Service was great, friendly, accommodating and present. I find the whole concept fun and I will definitely come back to try the games

I did come back to play games upstairs in the morning and it was so much fun! We were a big group and the staff was super nice and helpful with all the food orders. They were very proactive in managing food intolerances which I appreciated a lot. Food was good and everyone had a lot of fun, we will come back!"

"I went to La Luck today (not my first time) and it was a HORRIBLE experience. We had a reservation and the waiter took 20 minutes to take our order. Then we kept waiting for the food (only ordered bagels…) and after 30, 45, 55 minutes it began getting insane so we asked an update and they told us their oven broke. They could have been honest when we ordered to tell us it broke then, rather than waiting for us to get up out of our seat to ask…
Anyways, the food FINALLY arrived after 1 hour and 10 minutes and everything was ice cold!!! The bagels themselves, the grilled vegetables in the bagels, the coleslaw was horrible. It was so bad. And they did not even apologize when we were paying to leave. I will never return there again and it is too bad because I had gone for dinner and board games in the past and it was fine! But absolutely horrible customer service and food. Unforgivable"
