"Good family plan at Veves castle. As many castles in the region there is a restaurant next to it. Not super fan of that concept, but ok. The parking is for free. The castle is quite nice from the inside and the outside. I recommend it. There is a playground for kids and the castle is integrated in a beautiful green environment all sourrounded by the forest, birds, river and greenery."

"Amazing landscape and charming castle!
The castle isn't very big, and the visit takes about 1.5 - 2 hours. My two sons had a great time with the treasure hunt, which ended in the Dragon Room with a hidden treasure. As a final touch, they even received a Chevalier certificate — a lovely souvenir!
One suggestion: the tavern in front of the castle could expand its menu and improve the service.
We combined this visit with a trip to the Dinant Citadel, which made a perfect day."

"It was a fantastic experience. We came with our niece and nephew, ages 5 & 6. We were all able to dress up as knights and princesses. Complete a treasure hunt. And enjoy the beautiful castle. It is extremely well done, and very informative. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The setting is beautiful as well. A lovely afternoon well spent."
