Which museum in Ypres should I go to?

I’m planning on going to Europe for my honeymoon, and we will be staying in Belgium for a day. I was considering going to one of two museums though I’m not sure which one is more worthwhile. I like both the In Flanders Fields Museum and the Hooge Crater Museum. The first one…

The site is noted for its quiet atmosphere, especially during off-peak hours, and the informative visitor centre. "Nice trench from WW1 on the bank of a river.
-I didnt go in the trench, I was here on a bus tour of the flanders war memorials, we were only here for 10 min, and walked along the path between the trench and the river as the guide explained the history of the trench and river and war.
-I wish i could have gone in it, if i did the tour again i would break away from the group and go in the trench for a few min.
-There is a entrance fee for the trench, and possibly a small museum along with it.
-The trench itself looked like it was in good condition.
-This was the only place on my day trip in flanders that i saw a wild poppy plant growing and flowering"

"Possibly one of the more unusual places we've visited but a thoroughly interesting couple of hours that really brought the first world war trenches to life for the family.
The enormity of just this front was immense and the map room really showed how long the fortifications were, while walking around the site you realised how close the allied and German troops were and the different styles of fortification.
We went on a Tuesday afternoon, it was really quiet which made it feel very special.
Would recommend a visit if you're nearby, a family ticket makes it very reasonable too."

"Visited late in the afternoon, there were very few people there which made looking around quiet - ideal. The person at the reception spoke very good English, and the cost of tickets was reasonable for the visit. She offered a family ticket as the best value for us. We spent about an hour on our visit. There is plenty of free parking right outside the visitors centre, and toilets in the reception area.

Spending time in the trenches was eye-opening, and seeing just how close the German trenches were was astounding. There were many photos and examples of uniforms and weaponry in the visitor centre. All information boards were available in English, which allowed us to enjoy the full experience."
