"I liked the decorations inside. There's a gate inside that take you to a part of the ancient city of Brussels. There's a bar for snacks and drinks as well."

"Entered Halle’s Saint Gery without knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. This building is now used as an exhibition venue and houses a cafe / bar on the ground floor. Music blasts at a level that some may find just bearable for having normal conversation while others may find it a perfect volume. Regardless the open space gave us a very positive vibe and the menu looked inviting too. Would have stayed for a bite had we had the time. Worth checking out"

"Saint-Gery is my favourite place in Brussels for various reasons:
+ Covent Garden style
+ Cradle of Brussel's origin and very interesting history
+ Relaxed atmosphere, cool vibes, never pretentious
+ Free and interesting exhibitions mostly on art nouveau, since Brussels is part of the Reseau Art Nouveau Network
+ The Cultural Heritage desk at the end of the hall is always worth a visit. The team (Ramata, Ryan and Thierry) are super nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure coming here and learning more about Brussels. Pick up a free copy of the Brussels A la Carte brochure (neighbourhood walks and insider tips).
+ Public piano
+ Several event spaces which are worth exploring
+ Very authentic place in the heart of Brussels
+ Free to visit"
