"We had high hopes since we visited the previous expo’s (Happiness?) there, which were lovely. However Artcade felt like an Awful experience, awful expo and horrible management. When reading and browsing on the website it has a lot of potential but… don’t be fooled! Huge lack of management, everything broken, no staff seen upstairs to help, and all of this for a FULL FARE price ticket. We went with 2 children and 2 adults and we ended up downstairs within 15 minutes, disappointed and frustrated. The manager didn’t even show any sign of empathy or anything. HUGE difference with the previous expo."
