The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show me around even while they were still getting everything set up for upcoming opening . You can already feel the creative energy seeping out of the shelves.
And speaking of shelves — let’s talk about this gloriously funky ceramic creature I spotted (see the first pic). It’s got the energy of an alien who crash-landed on Earth and immediately enrolled in an avant-garde pottery course. Somewhere between coral reef chic and “I swear it’s not sentient,” it’s hard not to love. 🤖🌊
The whole studio is lined with an eclectic mix of experimental textures, bold shapes, and glazes that look like they were brewed in a wizard’s cauldron. You’ve got twisted forms, soft pastel stripes, wild double-handled vessels, and pieces that seem to defy gravity — or logic (in the best way).
