"On the outskirts of Vienna in the east Simmering district between an industrial area and the river Danube, this "Cemetery of the Nameless" is indeed situated in quite an unorthodox setting. The deceased, mostly suicide drowning victims repose under a strikingly visual forest of crucifix marked graves. Not forgotten however every "All Souls Day" a touching ceremony is observed to honour their tragic lives and untimely deaths. Sadly the location is occasionally desecrated by heartless anonymous vandals. Some visitors of a certain sensitivity will experience an uneasy ethereal shudder born out of an atmosphere of terrible sadness which cloaks this place like a black curtain."

"A person can talk the ubahn and then the bus 76A. From the bus stop it is a very short walk. I did notice at the cemetery that there were no names or dates on any of the crosses. This cemetery is in the middle of nowhere, in an industrial area. I spent less than an hour there."
