"visited this so-called “casino” and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in Europe. As a foreigner, I was treated with open disrespect, cold stares, and an attitude that clearly screamed: “You’re not welcome here.”
The staff were blatantly rude and dismissive. No smiles, no help, just arrogance and suspicion. But the worst part? The slot machines repeatedly shut down or froze when myself and other foreign guests were playing especially when placing high bets. Meanwhile, German locals seemed to play without any issues.
This is not just coincidence. It’s a rigged, shady, and discriminatory setup that makes you feel scammed and humiliated at the same time.
I posted a public complaint on their Facebook page — and of course, they deleted it. No reply, no apology, no explanation. Just cowardly censorship. If you have nothing to hide, why are you silencing people?
This place is a disgrace to the word “casino”. It has zero transparency, zero fairness, and zero respect for anyone who’s not German. It feels more like a hostile trap than a gaming venue.
