What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the stunning panoramic views from the Grünberg Cable Car and the variety of activities available at the summit, including hiking and the treetop walk. However, some find the overall cost, including separate fees for attractions, to be quite high for a single outing.
"It was a great weekend here with friends, however the prices are a bit steep for a round trip train ticket, which costs 24.5€. You go up to the top and have a panoramic view of the lake from above. There are several activities at the top, then you enter the forest paths and at the end you find a tower to climb and a beautiful slide, which unfortunately costs 10€ extra. Don't forget the parking, which is also cash-based and worth the climb, but it would be better if the prices were reasonable."

"Great experience and a smooth ride up the mountain. We took the earliest cabin around 9:10 AM and avoided any queues. Although the Grünberg website had issues and we couldn’t buy tickets online (which are slightly cheaper), it was still worth it. The ride saved us time and energy for our planned 25 km hike. Definitely recommended!"
