Racism doesn’t belong anywhere and definitely not in hospitality, which is supposed to be about making guests feel welcome, not unwelcome
The older gentleman was so rude you’d think we came here for insults instead of wine tasting. The lady wasn’t far behind, with “service skills” that could win an award in how to ruin someone’s afternoon. Heaters? Oh, they’re here just for decoration.
Clearly, many reviews point out the same thing, yet management sits back and does nothing. At this rate, the 4-star rating will age like sour vinegar, not fine wine.
If you enjoy being disrespected with your Pinot, go ahead and visit. Otherwise, Victoria has plenty of wineries that know how to treat customers like… customers.
Don’t t want to drop their names here and everyone needs second, third and fourth chances but seriously mate lift up you game and same goes to few others there with glasses. If you don’t like what you are doing then don’t waste your time there find something else to do."
