The guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and honest, even advising that some of their acclaimed Art Series wines, like the Chardonnay, were not fully developed and would benefit from further aging.

The lamb was also very good, though some dishes felt like they had a little too much going on, with competing flavours occasionally overwhelming the palate. The service was prompt and friendly throughout, and the sourdough with butter was simply amazing.
While the food is intricate, the overall experience is what makes it unforgettable. It's a premier destination where the world class wines, stunning setting, and impeccable service truly shine. Make bookings in advance, especially for the weekends."
