What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise the LEGO Store Pitt Street Mall as a vibrant, well-designed destination for all ages, highlighting its impressive scale, unique brick models, and interactive features like the Minifigure Factory. While some note that specific Sydney-themed sets are hard to find and the custom minifigure process can be a bit disorganized, the friendly staff and the sheer joy of exploring the world's largest LEGO store make it a highly recommended experience.
"Operating over two levels, this Lego store is a treat for any Lego fan. They change the in store displays with some permanent features and there is always something new to find. Love how they have sections for their products to make it easier to locate the items for sale including a section of hard to find ones. There are also sections for interactivity - gaming and for bricks building stations. They also have a section for custom ones too. I love how they had accessibility built in mind with escalators, lifts and even benches on the 1st floor for folks to sit on.
I liked my visit here and would recommend to anyone (not just Lego fans) to check this place out."

"This LEGO store is very well designed and much larger than expected, with two floors full of creativity and color. It features incredible large-scale LEGO artworks and custom builds that are amazing to look at. The store has almost every LEGO collection available, including some rare and special sets.
It’s a great place for both kids and adults who love LEGO, fun to explore, take photos, and maybe pick up a unique set to bring home!"

"As a Lego fan it's great going to stores in other places to see what's different. This store is centrally located and easy to access. The store is 2 floors and laid out well.
There are a lot of Australia related builds spread out around the store. Unfortunately there aren't any real Lego sets that are exclusive to Australia with one exception the Australia creators edition postcard scene. According to one of the employees it's no longer available any where outside of Australia. So while it may not be a huge exciting piece it's still something you can only get here.
Overall a fun visit so stop in if you're a Lego fan."
