What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
ZIA Kitchen is celebrated for its visually stunning, free themed installations that provide excellent photo opportunities, creating a magical atmosphere. While the cafe's ambiance and friendly service are often praised, some diners have found the food quality to be inconsistent, with certain dishes being dry. Accessibility with prams and managing heat in outdoor areas are minor concerns for some visitors.
"Overall enjoyable experience, however upon arrival, we realised it was not accessibility friendly. We needed assistance getting our pram in and out of the venue.
Staff were attentive and did try their best to accommodate us on such a hot day. Having a booking made our wait non existent, so I’d highly recommend calling to make a booking.
Food quantity varies, husband said the lamb skewers needs more food and variety on the plate, he had to get extra food elsewhere. Breakfast bowl and poke bowl were rather large and more than expected.
I’d also recommend coming on a day with milder weather as the outdoor mister and fan doesn’t do too much, inside was just as hot as outside."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a nice start. We ordered our drinks first, my sil’s coffee arrived promptly, but mine came about 7 minutes later, which wasn’t ideal as we wanted to enjoy our coffee together. That said, the coffee itself was decent and nicely presented.
Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the food. We ordered the French toast and the blueberry hotcake, but both dishes were very dry and not very enjoyable.
We visited on a Friday around lunchtime (12pm), and it was quite busy."

"Zia Kitchen has become one of my favourite local spots. Every time I come, the staff remember me and make me feel welcome. The food is always fresh and plated beautifully, and the vibe inside is perfect for a weekend catch-up. It’s rare to find a place that feels this homely but still high-quality. Love this place!"
