What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Bundegi Beach is praised for its dog-friendly atmosphere and calm waters, making it a relaxing spot for swimming and fishing. While snorkeling isn't ideal directly from the shore, the beautiful sunsets and potential for wildlife sightings are significant draws. Some visitors note a possibility of 'swimmer's itch' in shallow areas.
"This beach is dog friendly 1 out of the many beaches in Exmouth that allows dogs. Some were closed to dog as it was nesting season for turtles and some of the local seabirds. Beautiful clear water for swimming, snorkelling and fishing from the beach or off the boat ramp which is in constant use or at least it was when we visited (sat in the shade of the boat ramp when not in the water."

"This beach was okay, and worth a visit if you're staying on Exmouth and don't want to drive all the way into the national park.
The water is clean and pretty calm, but not great for snorkeling. The reefs are quite far out, so you either need a boat or be a very confident swimmer.
While I was there, I was getting bitten in the water (swimmers itch) because the water is quite shallow, but I don't think you'll always get bitten here. It might've just been the conditions on the day."

"Stunning and quiet beach on the Exmouth gulf. The sand can be soft closer to the shore and further north you need to stick to the designated trail."
