It's a great spot for a short bushwalk or a longer hike, with good picnic facilities available. Some sections of the track can be wet and slippery after rain, and mosquito repellent is advised.
"Enjoyable spot spitlomg or short bush walk. Toilets clean, BBQs and picnic tables available with space for kids to run around. Lots of parking."
Rosa Jane
"An enjoyable national park for bushwalking, with plenty of bird life and wallaby spotting. Some access along the circuit is currently overflowing with water in places. We were able to manoeuvre around, so good footwear is definitely required where slippery. Mosquito repellent is a good idea. Part of the Southern Venman circuit runs alongside private property. Car park is relatively small so I imagine could get busy on weekends. Toilet available and picnic grounds with benches & BBQs. Wheelchair accessible picnic area but I believe would be unsuitable for trails. No dogs, horses or bikes permitted."

"A beautiful park to walk through, very green and has quite a few tables and BBQs near the carpark. We came during the week and were nearly alone. The tracks were clearly marked. We'll return hopefully!"
