Reviews Summary
Hunter Valley Golf Club is praised for its challenging and scenic championship course, offering enjoyable rounds with beautiful vineyard views. However, some visitors have been disappointed by the condition of rental clubs and the service in the pro shop, which could detract from an otherwise positive golfing experience.
"A great Public/Muni style course in the Hunter Valley.
Challenging enough of the back tees, but suitable for all players of all levels."
Mitchell Wheatley
"Played here recently (Dec '23). We teed off around midday during the heat and the round was well over 5 hours, there were not that many on the course but they did move fast. The course was in good enough condition, the greens were great as were most of the fairways but the bunkers needed some love and care. All in all a solid course and I will be back."
Paul B
"The golf was great, the views were amazing, the the staff in the pro shop could’ve been better. I highly recommend playing there, just lower your expectations for the pro shop."
