"We had an amazing time at Big Kart Track, Sunshine Coast and the racing was absolutely thrilling! The karts were fast, the track layout was super fun, and overall it was such a great experience. We booked a 30-minute session but could only finish the first 15 minutes due to work commitments. When we asked about a refund, the lady at the counter wasn’t helpful, offered partial refund and didn’t want to involve the manager, so we spoke to the general manager ourselves and Jason was an absolute legend! He handled everything smoothly and gave us a 15-minute voucher for next time, which we really appreciated. Massive thanks to him for the great customer service!!
Also 1 small suggestion — having lap timings available would make the experience even better, especially for those of us who love seeing how we improve each race. Can’t wait to come back for another round! 🏎️🔥"

"My son and his friends had a great time! Service and safety protocols were excellent. We did the 2 x 15min, highly recommend the 2 races as the first round is getting to know the track and second round you can try to beat your PB. They have an app you can download to track your lap times, also reflects were you sit on the ladder from previous drivers. There is a lovely BBQ area under trees, they have a large undercover deck to sit an watch the drivers, a Cafe with basic hot food, snacks, slushies, ice creams, etc. Easy parking and easy access off the freeway. We will definitely be regulars now. It's a shame they don't offer passes for regulars, if you can please consider this, it would great!"
