"Kuranda Train Station
Visited on 15/7/2022
What a lovely station. One that brings back memories of yesteryears travelling. The Kuranda scenic Railway terminates here. The journey from Cairns to Kuranda takes 1 hour and 55 minutes.
It is well below the street level of Kuranda township and the Kuranda Skyrail Terminal. There is a small foot bridge over the railway line that connects from the street level to the other side that leads to the bank of Barron River. From the footbridge to the train station, one has to walk down several steps.
More to come"
