"The station is well maintained, good staff and when I was there they had security personnel on site. The parking situation is very poor however. Despite the proximity to the parking lot it took me ages to even figure out how to get to the station entrance. The walk from the park to the entrance is complex, fairly long and there wasn't any signage that directed me.
If you're from outside the Translink network and want to use the trains to travel into Brisbane you're probably better off travelling a bit further in to park your car."

"Lovely staff work here, no complaints there but there is a severe lack of security on the platforms. I was assaulted here recently and have been informed the assailants regularly bother both staff and passengers but are unable to be banned from the station. I do not feel safe using this station anymore due to the security and staff rarely being present on the platforms. It is not enough to have them occasionally patrolling at night. I am genuinely disturbed by my experience here which involved getting spat on as well as verbal abuse."
