"The music being played on a Wednesday night was absolutely terrible!! I asked the staff to turn it off but they just looked at me like I had 2 heads. I wasn’t just me a couple staying in the hotel said they could hear it from their room and they didn’t like it ! Don’t get me wrong I like all sorts of music but if you want to attract more people to the pub then you need to have a balance. The pub is doing some awesome renovations so consider this please. Thanks"

"Haven’t stayed here before. The rooms are quite old, but they are clean. House keeping is excellent. We have been very impressed with the food and service in the bistro.
Lauren is very good, always a smile and keeps the place running well, even tops up the firewood.
The biggest issue is there are No Signage directing house guests to a reception to check in !
That’s really weird….
