What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the recent trail upgrades at Glenorchy Mountain Bike Park, particularly the Gully Loop, and the improved scenic views. The park is seen as continuously getting better with trails suitable for various skill levels. However, some advanced jumps may be challenging for novices, and a few reviewers noted a desire for more trails to explore.
"Recently revamped by Dirt Art (Maydena), the trails are an absolute blast now. Gully loop is my new favourite, I love what they've done with the top half of the descent. The jumps are all a bit above my paygrade, but if the full master plan goes ahead there'll eventually be more trails to suit a wider range of skill levels. All the scary pine trees have been removed, and it has changed the atmosphere of the park entirely, with amazing views of the Derwent River, and sunshine beaming down in areas that were previously gloomy and miserable. Love it!"
