"I stayed at Unit 202, which is listed on Airbnb, and had a very disappointing experience. The host, Juan unfairly accused us of causing damage to a window frame and charged us $600. We did not touch the window frame during our stay and followed all house rules. Despite this, resolving the issue with Airbnb has been frustrating and unhelpful. We have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs VIC and will be pursuing legal action. Be cautious if staying here, as there seems to be a risk of being unfairly charged for damages."
