Reviews Summary

Delwood Beach is cherished as a tranquil, local favorite with stunning harbour views and excellent snorkeling. While small, its secluded charm and the unique possibility of spotting fairy penguins make it a special destination, offering a peaceful escape from busier tourist spots.

"My local beach and one of my Favourites in Manly. Has stunning views over Sydney Harbour and some excellent snorkeling. The beach isn't so Big and only fits about 100 people. It faces South so can get windy when there is a Southerly but is perfect when it's windy on the Manly Beach side.. It's surrounded by rocks and pine trees and its the perfect beach to chill in the sun. At low tide is perfect for snorkelling. Lots of sealife. #letsguide #sydneyharbour #manly #beach #sydney"

"Just a little beach, and not very remarkable except for penguins!

🐧 Yes, penguins! Manly is home to the only colony of penguins in NSW, and these fairy penguins are also the smallest species in the world. They're protected, so dogs must be kept on leashes. You can see them at sunset certain times of the year."

Stacey Trock

"It’s a small clearing with a very nice view of Sydney Harbour about 50 meters from Delwood Beach. It doesn’t have a name so I’ve included it under “Delwood Beach”"
