"The Drum Theatre is a beautiful venue, and I recently attended a concert there. The staff were very friendly, well-organised, and genuinely tried their best to assist everyone. Parking was straightforward, and the seating was comfortable, which made the overall experience enjoyable. The concert itself was fantastic, and the sound quality was excellent.
The only downside, however, was the limited number of toilets. For a large event such as a concert, the facilities did not seem sufficient, and the queues became very long. This is something I believe should be given more attention.
