"We had a 30 minute stop at the museum as part of a day tour with another company. James was assigned to us - and what can I say - he was A - M - A - Z - I - N - G. I could have stayed all day with him - he was informative, funny, kind and inclusive. I highly recommend that anyone who visits Cairms - they should visit this museum and learn what the city is all about. It is an incredible history. Thank you James, in particular, for making our short time with you so wonderful."
