"Visiting Workmi National Park with friends and family was an unforgettable adventure. The highlight was the amazing sand dunes, where we spent hours sliding down and racing each other. "Beautiful sand dunes stretching for 32km with ocean views. Several companies do sand boarding here which was a lot of fun. Shaded areas to rest, water for sale really cheaply, regular shuttle service where you can just come & go as suits you, two types of board for sitting/standing and thoughtfully different widths between foot holds for different sized people. Several different types of slope to try out including some pretty extreme ones!"

"Love coming down to this part of the world. Only a couple of hours from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. Bring a canopy, some chairs, food and cold drinks and just enjoy the day. Or be a little more adventurous and bring a quad bike or dirt bikes to play on the dunes. Heck, you can even use your 4x4 to play on the dunes with. Oh and don't forget to bring an air compressor to pump your tyres back up before hitting the freeway back home."
