"This is a lovely local farmers market within the Barossa Valley. I wished to visit for some time, but waking up early on Saturday morning is not easily achievable for my lazy children.

I drove a car from Adelaide to visit this market last Saturday. I arrived at 11:00 am, just 30 minutes from closing time.

There were two lovely acoustic musicians called G&D Duo who performed music during that morning. Their music was, of course, old school ones, but they were good and the atmosphere was really relaxing.

Luckily, most of the stalls were still opened when I arrived. It was not too big, with 30+ small local stalls, maybe. They were mainly selling local produces or homemade products.

To support local people, I tried the coffee and chocolates from the Espresso Bar, which were good.

I tried a few fudge samples from the Barossa Valley Gourmet Fudge stall. They were not too sweet and very delicious, so I purchased a 5 pieces pack as desserts after dinner.

I also tried the hot Japanese gyoza dumplings from MAnMA Barossa Kitchen, and it was so delicious. 😋 After finishing eating, I purchased a frozen pack with 25 pieces Gyoza pork dumplings for my cooking at home. The owner was a Janpanese mum, and she told me I could buy her homemade Gyoza from a few Tony & Marks in Adelaide city 👍.

I stayed there until 11:30 am, and the market closed the doors afterwards. Overall, this was a very enjoyable visit.

There were plenty of car park spaces and toilets located at the back of the venue. It was worth a visit if you were visiting Barossa Valley on Saturday (opens every Saturday)."
