"Historic train station with beautiful architecture. Has an extremely long platform"

"Beautiful. Went here yesterday on the down Albury train from Seymour and the stations architecture was amazing. Watched the N class run around and also saw the up XPT arrive from Spencer Street and depart for Central."
MrComeng
"Great station, poor communications. Waiting for the 1727 Vline to Melb. No announcements. Train finally arrives with 6 carriages labelled A to F. All passengers start moving to their allocated carriages and start boarding. Still no announcements. Then vline staff on the train tell passengers to get off as the boarding announcement was yet to be made. Then the staff verbally tell us the train is being split in two and the last 3 carriages will be the train heading back to Melb, and they then renamed the carriages A b and c. We then hear a muffled announcement in the distance, because at the place where the returning carriages at located way up the platform, there are no speakers. Hopeless. So while this is a lovely station, there were 200 odd very confused passengers on Friday afternoon standing on the platform. Albury station, please buy some extra speakers and put them all the way up the platform."
