Reviews Summary
Tupungato is praised for its vibrant community events, particularly the Walnut and High Altitude Wine Festival, and its welcoming atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the local culture and the quality of its high-altitude wines. However, some have pointed out inconsistencies in public services, such as accessibility and communication for facilities like the municipal campground.
"On Sunday, February 19, 2023, my wife and I went to the most popular restaurant in the department. When we arrived, on the same block, there was a light blue space on the corner that I assumed was a parking space for people with disabilities. I parked there because my wife is disabled. A traffic officer stopped and told me I couldn't park there. I showed her the corresponding blue parking permit, which stated that there are no designated parking spaces for people with disabilities in the department, and that those blue squares are only for getting in and out of vehicles, but parking is not allowed. My question is, what happens when the person with a disability is driving? Mr. Mayor, it's time your department complied with current regulations regarding inclusion... and that the blue spaces be designated for people with disabilities. Sincerely, Engineer José Quero."

"The mayor, a brilliant mind... opens the wineries, promotes them, and then imposes a breathalyzer checkpoint 200 meters away. I'm a woman, and I was abused by a police officer named Funes. He used gender violence, covered his ID, and left. I'm Susana."

"I want to congratulate Mayor Gustavo Soto for the beautiful Walnut and High Altitude Wine Festival held in his department. My wife and I were fortunate enough to enjoy it, see the artisans, and see the various food stalls. I would like to congratulate the entire population of Tupungato for their order, respect, cleanliness, and warm welcome to tourists.
