"The convent is located in the southern neighborhood of Santa Fe. It was inaugurated in 1680, after the relocation of old Santa Fe from what is now Cayastá to its current location. Construction on the convent was completed in 1695. The temple is of Franciscan origin. In the museum, we can find the "Constituents' Room," a wax recreation of these patriots, who sanctioned the Constitution in 1853. This was promulgated on May 1, 1853, by Justo José de Urquiza, then Provisional Director of the Confederation. Also in the museum, we can recreate the story of the jaguar, which, after the flood of 1825, attacked the friars after they entered the convent. There is a table that witnessed this event. 💯% recommended!!!!!"
